New Foundations is a new start for those who need help getting traction in life! We believe people need guidance in life, and without proper guidance, people go astray. New Foundations was formed to give guidance to those in need. We offer counseling, job training, interview skills…and every program is designed to eventually create a strong family.

Our Founders
Dr. Sharon Brown and Dewayne Brown, both experienced with leading nonprofits designed to help those in need, are dedicated to helping men who need a hand up. Dr. Sharon Brown brings 15 years experience in working in her own counseling practice and mental health facilities. Dewayne, retired Army Special Forces, brings experience as CEO of a nonprofit, and counseling in a residential treatment facility. Both bring a passion to Southwest Georgia to help those who need compassion extended in a way that will facilitate them creating a stable foundation in life.
